CMS Payment to MA Organization Sample Clauses

The "CMS Payment to MA Organization" clause defines the process by which the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) provides payments to Medicare Advantage (MA) organizations. This clause typically outlines the timing, method, and calculation of payments, such as monthly capitation amounts or risk-adjusted payments, that MA organizations receive for each enrolled beneficiary. By specifying these payment terms, the clause ensures that MA organizations are compensated appropriately for delivering Medicare-covered services, thereby supporting the financial stability of the program and clarifying the obligations of both CMS and the MA organization.
