CLOUD SERVICE/ LAYANAN CLOUD. 1.1. The Cloud Service is available in three editions: Standard, Professional and Enterprise, plus additional add- on services. The Cloud Service functionality delivered with each edition is specified in the SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Feature Specification document located at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/corporate-en/about/our- company/policies/cloud/service-specifications.html./ Layanan Cloud tersedia dalam tiga edisi: Standard, Professional, dan Enterprise, ditambah layanan add-on tambahan. Each movement of data in a multi-step process, even if initiated by a single User action, is counted as a separate dialog step./ step. The usage of the dialogue steps is per User and is not aggregated if there are multiple Users./ SAP Sales Cloud dan SAP and Service Cloud,Core, limited accessaccess edition, mencakup fungsi yang sama dengan edisi Enterprise, SAP Sales and Service Core (tidak termasuk Server Side (Groupware) integration) tetapi terbatas pada dibatasi hingga 400 langkah dialog per bulan.
