V., a private company with limited liability (besloten vennootschap met beperkte aansprakelijkheid), incorporated under the laws of The Netherlands, having its corporate seat as (statutaire zetel) in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and its registered address at the date of this Agreement at Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Texxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 000, 0000 XX Xxxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx, which is registered under registration number 34291082 with the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, under registration number 34291082, as owner of the Quota (as defined below) and chargor under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “ChargorPledgor”); and;
