Closing Statements/Escrow Fees; Tenant Notices. Concurrently with the Close of Escrow, Seller and Buyer shall deposit with the Escrow Holder executed closing statements consistent with this Agreement in the form required by the Escrow Holder and, Seller and Buyer shall execute at the Close of Escrow, and deliver to each tenant immediately after the Close of Escrow, tenant notices regarding the sale of the Real Property in substantially the form of Exhibit H attached hereto, or such other form as may be required by applicable state law.
