Closing Escalation Clause Samples
The Closing Escalation clause establishes a process for resolving issues or disputes that arise during the final stages of a transaction or agreement. Typically, it outlines a series of steps for escalating unresolved matters to higher levels of management or designated representatives, often within specified timeframes, to ensure that closing deadlines are met. This clause is essential for preventing delays at closing by providing a clear, structured method for addressing last-minute obstacles, thereby facilitating a smoother and more predictable completion of the transaction.
Closing Escalation. When both parties agree that the problem has been resolved or the situation no longer requires Escalation, the Escalation is closed. Each designated contact will exchange final reports with his/her counterpart summarizing the Customer problem(s), actions taken, results of those actions, likelihood of problem recurrence, and recommended future actions.
Closing Escalation. The Escalation is closed once Arista’s Customer Support Team member determines the Defect has been addressed or resolved in accordance with this Appendix.
