Common use of Closing Deliveries of the Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Closing Deliveries of the Purchaser. At the Closing, the Purchaser shall make the payment and deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Seller the following instruments, certificates and other documents, dated as of the Closing Date and executed or acknowledged (as applicable) on behalf of the Purchaser by a duly authorized officer thereof, in order to pay for the Purchased Assets and effect the assumption of all Assumed Liabilities from the Seller pursuant to Section 2.2 hereof:
