Common use of Closing Date Extension Clause in Contracts

Closing Date Extension. Seller, in its sole and absolute discretion, shall have the right, upon written notice to Purchaser at least two (2) Business Days prior to the Scheduled Closing Date, to adjourn the Scheduled Closing Date for up to thirty (30) days to deliver the Tenant Estoppel Certificates.

SellerUnless the Required Estoppels condition has been waived by Purchaser (with no obligation to do so), Seller may, in its sole and absolute discretion, shall have the right, upon written notice to Purchaser at least two (2) Business Days days prior to the Scheduled Closing Date, to adjourn the Scheduled Closing Date one or more times for up to an aggregate of thirty (30) days to deliver satisfy delivery of the Tenant Estoppel CertificatesRequired Estoppels.
