Closing Agreement. Because the circumstances of a plant closing can vary in terms of the impact on employment, location and timing, as well as other considerations, the Company and the Union may negotiate an agreement covering the plant closing termination procedure for employees affected by the plant closing. Any such agreement shall be in writing and approved by the Company and the Union.
