Common use of Closeout Deliverables Clause in Contracts

Closeout Deliverables. At the close of the Project, the Grantee must provide the following deliverables to the State before the final payment due under this Agreement will be released by the State: (1) Electronic files of construction plans as a PDF and in a MicroStation compatible format; and (2) Electronic files of as- builts as a PDF and in a MicroStation compatible format.
