Common use of Close-Outs Clause in Contracts

Close-Outs. The Subrecipient’s obligation to the County shall not end until all close-out requirements are completed, as set forth in 24 CFR 570.509. Activities during this close-out period shall include, but not be limited to, making final payments, disposing of program assets (including the return of all unspent cash advances and program income balances to the County), and determining the custodianship of records.

Close-Outs. The Subrecipient’s obligation to the County shall not end until all close-out requirements are completed, as set forth in 24 CFR 570.509. Activities during this close-out period shall be completed in accordance with federal and State regulations and shall include, but are not be limited to, : making final payments; submitting final invoice(s), report(s), in accordance with the requirements of Paragraph 50, and documentation; disposing of program assets (including the return to County of all unspent cash advances unused materials and equipment); remitting any program income balances and accounts receivable to the County), and determining the custodianship of records.
