Common use of Clinical Trial Register Clause in Contracts

Clinical Trial Register. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, GSK shall have the right to publish in its clinical trial register the results or summaries of the results of all clinical trials for the Compound and Product conducted by either Party, their Affiliates, licensees’ and Sublicensees’ (subject to Sections 5.2.4 and 11.5) in the Territory pursuant to this Agreement.

Clinical Trial Register. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, including in this Article X, GSK shall have the right to publish in its clinical trial register the results or summaries of the results of all clinical trials for the Compound Compound, Additional Compound, Products and Product Additional Products conducted by either Party, their Affiliates, licensees’ and Sublicensees’ (subject to Sections 5.2.4 and 11.5) Party in the Territory pursuant to this AgreementTerritory.

Clinical Trial Register. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, including Article XI, GSK shall have the right to publish in its clinical trial register the results or summaries of the results of all clinical trials for the Compound and Product conducted Products conducted: (a) by either Party, their Affiliates, licensees’ and Sublicensees’ (subject to Sections 5.2.4 and 11.5) Party in the Territory pursuant to this Agreement; and (b) by [... * ...] provided, however, that [... * ...]. The Parties will discuss the process for [... * ...].
