Client's Products. During the Term of this Agreement, LONZA shall not, and shall ensure that its Affiliates do not, manufacture or supply any Product, or any Biosimilar version of CLIENT’s Products, for or on behalf of any Third Party (other than permitted Third Party designees of CLIENT pursuant to this Agreement).
