Client Tracking Clause Samples

The Client Tracking clause establishes procedures for monitoring and recording the activities, progress, or status of a client within a particular service or project. Typically, this involves maintaining logs, reports, or databases that document client interactions, deliverables, or milestones achieved during the engagement. By formalizing how client information is tracked, the clause ensures accountability, facilitates communication, and helps prevent misunderstandings regarding the client's status or the services provided.
