Client Systems. Clients can integrate the Hosted Service with their website or smartphone applications.
Client Systems. Client agrees to provide and maintain at its sole expense all Client Systems and is responsible for upgrading and configuring Client Systems to be and remain compatible with the Services and Avid Technology. Client is also responsible for confirming that all payment authorization rights are correctly configured and updated as needed.
Client Systems. Client shall ensure that Client Systems: (A) are capable of passing and/or accepting data from and/or to the Fiserv System, and (B) include up-to-date anti-viral software designed to prevent viruses from reaching the Fiserv System through Client Systems.

Client acknowledges and agrees that Client and its Authorized Users are solely responsible for the physical, logical, and technical security, back-up, archival, and recovery procedures, and safeguards for the servers, software, connectivity, and equipment operated, maintained, or provided by Client or its Authorized Users and associated data contained therein.
Client Systems. Client shall ensure that Client Systems: (i) are capable of passing and/or accepting data from and/or to the StoneRiver System, and (ii) include up-to-date anti-viral software designed to prevent viruses from reaching the StoneRiver System through Client Systems.
Client Systems. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights or approvals for us to be able to use or access Client Systems and any other systems in your control.
Client Systems. Client shall take reasonable steps designed to ensure that Client Systems: (i) are capable of passing and/or accepting data from and/or to the Fiserv System (subject to Fiserv having provided complete and accurate specifications required in connection with such data transferred), and (ii) include up-to-date anti-viral software reasonably designed to prevent viruses from transmitting from or through Client Systems.
Client Systems. Client shall be solely responsible for procuring and maintaining the necessary hardware and software for accessing and utilizing the Services.
Client Systems. Except as otherwise expressly provided in an Order Form, Client shall be responsible for procuring, installing and maintaining the hardware and software needed to use the Hardware, Software or Services purchased from Meridian.
Client Systems. Client is responsible for the procurement and management of any and all telecommunication lines, internet connection or other facilities, software, hardware, mobile devices or equipment required for the use of the Software Services (“Client Systems”). Client shall at its own expense acquire, install and maintain Client Systems in accordance with the recommended technical requirements for the Software Services as more fully described in Poka’s Acceptable Use & IT Requirements Policy.
