Client Responsibility. For clarity, the parties agree that in reviewing the documents referred to in paragraphs (b) and (c) above, Patheon’s role will be limited to verifying the accuracy of the description of the work undertaken or to be undertaken by Patheon. As such, Patheon shall not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of the NDA or the ANDA, as the case may be. The sole responsibility of the preparation and filing of the NDA shall be borne by the Client.
