Common use of Client Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Client Responsibility. Client will defend, indemnify and hold harmless, TRITAN, from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, costs or expenses, incurred by TRITAN as a result of Client’s failure, or the failure of any of Client’s Affiliates, or their respective Subcontractors or Authorized Users, to comply with Section 2.1 of these Data Processing Terms.
