Common use of Client Presentation Clause in Contracts

Client Presentation. Promptly following the Effective Date, the Parties will commence jointly developing a non-confidential (as to potential Clients) presentation for potential Clients. The Parties will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete such presentation within 60 days following the Effective Date, but each Party will retain sole discretion as to inclusion or exclusion of any content.
