Common use of Client License Clause in Contracts

Client License. Client hereby grants to Provider a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, discuss and digitally perform the Work Product on any platform, device, service, website, or means of communications that may be used by Provider to promote and market Provider’s services after Acceptance of Project. Client grants no rights other than those explicitly granted herein, and Provider shall not exceed the scope of this limited license.
