Client License. Upon execution of this Agreement and payment of the initial set up and development fees outlined in Exhibit B, Client shall be granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and promote the Unity Platform throughout the term of this Agreement. Each Subscriber shall be granted an individual license to access and use the Unity Platform as outlined herein.
