Common use of Client Inquiries Clause in Contracts

Client Inquiries. Any inquiries regarding the Client’s Account Information, investment advice or transactions should be referred to the Client’s BMO Trust Company representative . If the Client has any technical questions or difficulties with respect to the use of the Service, the Client shall contact his/her BMO Trust Company representative . The Client shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, Internet access, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of the Service and all charges related thereto .
