Client Grievance Investigation a. When a patient files a grievance against an employee concerning a violation of rules, policy or procedure only, rather than a criminal violation, the Agency shall fully discuss the grievance with the employee. The employee will be given full opportunity to provide mitigating or exculpatory information that may include follow-up interviews and/or access to documents.
b. If the employee has reason to believe that such investigatory interview might adversely affect his/her employment, he/she shall have the right, on request, to have a representative present.
c. The Agency shall give the employee under ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ investigation notification of the status of the Agency’s investigation of non-criminal complaints periodically until the investigation is completed. The employee shall receive written notice that the grievance has been concluded and advised of the disposition of the grievance.
