Client Fees Sample Clauses
The Client Fees clause defines the financial obligations of the client regarding payment for services rendered. It typically outlines the specific fees to be paid, the schedule or milestones for payment, and any additional costs or reimbursable expenses that may arise during the course of the engagement. By clearly establishing the terms of payment, this clause helps prevent disputes over compensation and ensures both parties understand their financial responsibilities.
