Common use of Client Configurations Clause in Contracts

Client Configurations. Client is solely responsible for selecting Online Service configurations and assuring that the selection conforms to Client policies and procedures and complies with all applicable laws and regulations in jurisdictions in which Client is accessing the Online Services. Delivery of the Online Service(s) does not include Client configurations or policy and procedure settings implemented and set by Client that are available during the Subscription Term.
