Client Components Clause Samples
The Client Components clause defines the specific parts, materials, or services that the client is responsible for providing in a project or contractual arrangement. Typically, this clause outlines which items, such as hardware, software, data, or personnel, must be supplied by the client to enable the contractor or service provider to fulfill their obligations. By clearly delineating these responsibilities, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that both parties are aware of their respective roles, thereby facilitating smooth project execution and reducing the risk of delays or disputes.
