Cell Lines Quantities. Cytovance shall create and maintain sufficient quantities of RCB, MCB, and working cell banks that are required for the development, manufacturing and testing of Client Product. The quantities of RCB, MCB, and working cell bank necessary for the Services will be agreed upon by the Parties in one or more SOWs or Change Orders. Once a MCB is established, 50% of the MCB shall be stored with Client or a Third Party at Client’s expense.
