Client Clothing. Prior to requesting preauthorization to purchase clothing for a client’s court appearance, Contractor agrees to contact contractors who maintain “clothing rooms” to determine whether suitable clothing is available. (Contact PDSC for a current list.) If Contractor receives preauthorization to purchase clothing for a client, that clothing shall be provided to a “clothing room” upon completion of the case.

  • WORK CLOTHING 1. The State shall continue to furnish foul weather gear and work clothing, such as aprons, smocks, shop coats, lab coats, coveralls and boots to employees furnished such clothing in the past.
