Client Billing. Client shall pay University for the Deliverables provided in accordance with the fee schedule set forth herein and all Exhibits, Schedules and Attachments hereto. Unless otherwise specified herein, Client shall pay University within thirty (30) days of the date of an invoice received by Client from University. University will use its best efforts to provide Client with a revised fee schedule thirty (30) days prior to effective date of any changes in fees. Unless Client specified otherwise in writing, University shall submit invoices to Client at the address specified in the Agreement above.

Client Billing. 4.6.1 NEWAVE will be responsible for all end user billing for new Web sites, if applicable, and ongoing client services. 4.6.2 NetChemistry software will provide NEWAVE with immediate notice of new sites created within the system via email. 4.6.3 NetChemistry will provide NEWAVE with an online Branded Manager Console, which outlines and appropriately designates all new and recurring sites within the Branded System.
Client Billing. Contractor shall ▇▇▇▇ and collect amounts due from contract parkers, including corporate customers, and validation by forwarding to their address a true and correct statement for each receivable. Such statements shall be sent by email or mail not later than the 25th day of each calendar month for the charges due for the succeeding month. Validation accounts shall be billed not later than the fifth calendar day of the month for the preceding month. As of the Effective Date, HFC is responsible for billing and collecting from City of Houston departments (e.g., Public Works and Engineering); this process may, however, change during the Term, and, in such event, HFC may require Contractor to ▇▇▇▇ and collect amounts due from the City of Houston at no additional cost to HFC.
