Client Attendance. 6.1.2.1. The program must require each client to attend all scheduled activities unless the client is ill or has been approved to be absent from the program as in the case of vocational training, work experience, school, etc. 6.1.2.2. The program must document all programmatic absences in the client’s treatment record. 6.1.2.3. CONTRACTOR will notify client case manager of positive urine screens and if clients exit the program. Notification should occur within 1 calendar day.
