Click-Stream Data. A visit to one of our websites results in data that is transmitted from your browser to our server being automatically collected and stored by us or by third parties on behalf of us. This data can include, in particular, the following: a. the visitor’s IP address; b. the date and time of the visit; c. the referral URL (the site from which the visitor has come); d. the pages visited on our website; e. information about the browser used (browser type and version, operating system, etc).
Click-Stream Data. When you visit our website we may also collect “click stream data” (server address, domain name). This information can be combined with information you have provided to us by registering, for example, which will enable us to analyze and better customize your visits. We may use click stream data for traffic analysis or e-commerce analysis of our website, to determine which features of our site are most or least effective or useful to you.
Click-Stream Data. As between Member and Salt, Salt (or, as the case may be, Holdings) shall have exclusive ownership of and title to all click-stream and similar data that track the access to or use of the Platform by or on behalf of Member (the “Click-Stream Data”) and all Intellectual Property Rights therein; provided, however, that, except as required by Applicable Law or consented to by Member, Salt shall not provide to any third party any Click-Stream Data that identifies (directly or indirectly) Member.
