Click-Stream Data. A visit to one of our websites results in data that is transmitted from your browser to our server being automatically collected and stored by us or by third parties on behalf of us. This data can include, in particular, the following: a. the visitor’s IP address; b. the date and time of the visit; c. the referral URL (the site from which the visitor has come); d. the pages visited on our website; e. information about the browser used (browser type and version, operating system, etc).
Click-Stream Data. When you visit our website we may also collect “click stream data” (server address, domain name). This information can be combined with information you have provided to us by registering, for example, which will enable us to analyze and better customize your visits. We may use click stream data for traffic analysis or e-commerce analysis of our website, to determine which features of our site are most or least effective or useful to you.
Click-Stream Data. As between Member and Salt, Salt (or, as the case may be, Holdings) shall have exclusive ownership of and title to all click-stream and similar data that track the access to or use of the Platform by or on behalf of Member (the “Click-Stream Data”) and all Intellectual Property Rights therein; provided, however, that, except as required by Applicable Law or consented to by Member, Salt shall not provide to any third party any Click-Stream Data that identifies (directly or indirectly) Member.

  • Client Data The Subrecipient shall maintain client data demonstrating client eligibility for services provided. Such data shall include, but not be limited to, client name, address, income level or other basis for determining eligibility, and description of service provided. Such information shall be made available to Grantee monitors or their designees for review upon request.

  • Customer Data 5.1 The Customer shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the Customer Data. The customer being a contractor of DSA Airport, the customer shall not own the rights, title and interest in and to the Data which belongs to DSA Airport. 5.2 The Supplier shall follow its archiving procedures for Customer Data as set out in its Back- Up Policy available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or such other website address as may be notified to the Customer from time to time, as such document may be amended by the Supplier in its sole discretion from time to time. In the event of any loss or damage to Customer Data, the Customer's sole and exclusive remedy shall be for the Supplier to use reasonable commercial endeavours to restore the lost or damaged Customer Data from the latest back-up of such Customer Data maintained by the Supplier in accordance with the archiving procedure described in its Back-Up Policy. The Supplier shall not be responsible for any loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure of Customer Data caused by any third party (except those third parties subcontracted by the Supplier to perform services related to Customer Data maintenance and back-up). 5.3 The Supplier shall, in providing the Services, comply with its Privacy and Security Policy relating to the privacy and security of the Customer Data available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or such other website address as may be notified to the Customer from time to time, as such document may be amended from time to time by the Supplier in its sole discretion. 5.4 If the Supplier processes any personal data on the Customer’s behalf when performing its obligations under this agreement, the parties record their intention that the Customer shall be the data controller and the Supplier shall be a data processor and in any such case: (a) the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the personal data may be transferred or stored outside the EEA or the country where the Customer and the Authorised Users are located in order to carry out the Services and the Supplier’s other obligations under this agreement; (b) the Customer shall ensure that the Customer is entitled to transfer the relevant personal data to the Supplier so that the Supplier may lawfully use, process and transfer the personal data in accordance with this agreement on the Customer's behalf; (c) the Customer shall ensure that the relevant third parties have been informed of, and have given their consent to, such use, processing, and transfer as required by all applicable data protection legislation; (d) the Supplier shall process the personal data only in accordance with the terms of this agreement and any lawful instructions reasonably given by the Customer from time to time; and (e) each party shall take appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised or unlawful processing of the personal data or its accidental loss, destruction or damage.

  • Wireless Operator Data In addition to Section 20 (Information Authorization) of the General Terms, you acknowledge that we or Zelle® may use information on file with your wireless operator to further verify your identity and to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized use of the Service. By using the Zelle® Payment Service, you authorize your wireless operator (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, or any other branded wireless operator) to disclose your mobile number, name, address, email, network status, customer type, customer role, billing type, mobile device identifiers (IMSI and IMEI) and other subscriber status and device details, if available, to us or our Service Providers solely to allow verification of your identity and to compare information you have provided to us or to Zelle® with your wireless operator account profile information for the duration of our business relationship.   • Server Software Subject to the terms and conditions of this ▇▇▇▇, Vocera grants you the non-exclusive right to (i) install and run (“Use”) the Server Software on computer systems (each, a “Server Computer”) located at End User’s Facilities in the geographic territory designated above (“Territory”); (ii) to Use the Client Software in conjunction with Authorized Client Devices and such Server Computers; and (iii) for pilot licenses for certain Software provided on a trial basis, use such Software for the limited term specified by Vocera in writing. You may Use the standard Server Software on one primary Server Computer (or a primary cluster of computers suitably configured for productive use of the Server Software). You may install backup copies of the Server Software on backup Server Computers to provide redundancy in the event of failure of the primary Server Computer(s) but, unless you have acquired additional licenses or a failover license from Vocera, you may not run such backup or additional copies concurrently with the primary copies. Vocera grants you the right to use the applicable License Key issued by Vocera only to enable Use of the Server Software in conjunction with the licensed Server Computers. Server Software may be licensed for a Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.
