CLERICAL HELP Clause Samples

The 'Clerical Help' clause defines the provision of administrative or clerical support services within the context of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines whether one party will provide clerical staff or assistance to the other, specifying the scope of tasks such as document preparation, scheduling, or data entry. Its core function is to clarify expectations regarding support resources, ensuring that both parties understand who is responsible for routine administrative tasks and preventing misunderstandings about the availability and extent of such assistance.
