CLEAR LIMIT MARKING. 1. Clear limits for existing roads are marked NOT marked. 2. Clear limits for new/reconstruction roads are NOT marked. The clear limits for new/reconstruction shall be kept to a minimum as necessary. The clear limits are designated by side slope. On side slopes <60%, the maximum allowable clearing limit is 60’. On side slopes >60%, the maximum allowable clear limit is 100’.
