CLEANSING SERVICE. Coventry Council’s City Centre cleansing delivers a seven day a week, 364 days a year service with no scheduled cleansing on Christmas Day, . The service covers street cleaning, litter bin emptying, fountain maintenance, general maintenance of street furniture. Normal operation hours are Tuesday to Saturday 5am to 7pm and Sunday to Monday 5am to 5pm. Overall Cleanliness Standards The service will deliver the highest standard of cleansing as far as practically possible within the resources available and will monitor performance to ensure that those standards are maintained.

CLEANSING SERVICE. B&NES Council’s Cleansing Service delivers a 13.5 hours a day (6:30 – 20:00), 365 days a year service (with a reduced four hourly service on Christmas Day and Boxing Day) covering street cleaning, litter bin emptying, toilet cleansing and graffiti removal. Overall Cleanliness Standards There are four standards of cleanliness set out in the Government CoPLaR Code of Practice for Litter and Refuse (A, B, C & D), where Grade A is no observable litter or refuse, and Grade D is a heavily littered street with significant accumulations of rubbish. The appropriate Council response time for removing litter depends on which Category Zone a particular street or public space is in. All streets in the BID area are categorised either as Xxxx 0X, Xxxx 1 or Zone 2. (NB - Zone 1A is a specific Zone designated by the Council to cover the main spine of streets within the city centre). The appropriate response time in Xxxx 0X, if it falls below Grade A Standard, is that it must be restored to Grade A within one hour between 6:30 am and 20:00 pm or if after 20:00 pm then by 8:00 am the following day. Within Zone 1, if it falls below Grade A Standard, is that it must be restored to Grade A within six hours maximum, or if after 20:00 pm then by 8:00 am the following day. The appropriate response time for a Zone 2, if it falls below Grade A Standard, is that it must be restored to Grade A within 12 hours maximum. If the standard of cleanliness within Xxxx 0X, Xxxx 1 or Zone 2 falls to Grade D, then it must be restored to Grade A within 1 hour for Zone 1A and Zone 1 and 3

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Long Service The applicable rate of pay for Long Service Leave will be the corresponding rate of pay in Appendix 1(A).

  • Teaching Loads The range of teaching loads, number of preparations and number of pupil contacts required should provide for effective instruction and meaningful teacher-student interaction. DPS and the Association agree to work together to seek increased state funding to decrease class size. The principal shall report to the CSC, after the roster verification process, the number of students in each class and this will be published in the CSC minutes on the school’s website. For the purposes of this section, a “class” shall be defined as any general education, including electives and model one classes. Upon request, after the roster verification process, the District shall provide the Association with the student information management system data regarding class enrollment.

  • Laboratory Testing All laboratories selected by UPS Freight for analyzing Controlled Substances Testing will be HHS certified.

  • Teaching Load Full teaching assignments shall normally include 12 course credit hours of scheduled teaching per academic quarter. A reassignment of duty, for the equivalent of 3 or 4 credit course, shall be provided during one term of the first academic year to all newly hired tenure track faculty to further their teaching, scholarship and service and to encourage faculty retention. Wherever possible the University will endeavor to arrange teaching schedules that avoid excessive numbers of preparations and recognize evening and/or off-campus assignments. Class sizes will be established and monitored by the appropriate academic xxxx in consultation with division chairs and affected faculty each term. The following equivalencies will be used in determining teaching assignments:

  • RE-WEIGHING PRODUCT Deliveries are subject to re- weighing at the point of destination by the Authorized User.
