Statutory Services. The Public Defender Office agrees to provide representation to indigent defendants in the following cases: (1) Criminal cases prosecuted in the Superior Courts of the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit under the laws of the State of Georgia in which there is a possibility that a sentence of imprisonment or probation or suspension of sentence of imprisonment may be adjudged; (2) Hearings in the Superior Courts of the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit on a revocation of probation; (3) Cases prosecuted in the Juvenile Courts of the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit in which a child may face a disposition in a delinquency case of confinement, commitment or probation; and (4) Direct appeals from a decision in cases described in (1), (2), and (3) above; (5) Columbus City Recorders Court as set out in Attachment B.

(3) Hearings in the Superior Court of Glynn County on a revocation of probation; (4) Cases prosecuted in the Juvenile Court of Glynn County in which a child may face a disposition in a delinquency case of confinement, commitment or probation; and (5) Direct appeals from a decision in cases described in (1), (2) and (3) above.

Statutory Services. 3.1 Statutory certification services comprise the assessment of v e s s e l s f l y i n g th e ▇▇▇▇ ish f l ag in order to determine their compliance with the applicable requirements of the international conventions and codes, EU legal provisions and national legal provisions, specific national regulations and additional instructions (hereinafter referred to as “applicable instruments”) and the issue of relevant certificates, documents or endorsement of certificates, within the limits of the applicable instruments as set out in Appendix 1 to this Agreement. 3.2 Statutory services rendered and statutory certificates issued by the RO in accordance with this Agreement will be accepted as services rendered or certificates issued by Trafi provided that the RO maintains compliance with the provisions referred to in clauses 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 and 4.1. 3.3 Deviation from Appendix 1 to this Agreement will be dealt with, as mutually agreed in writing, on a case-by-case basis.
