Clean Windows Clause Samples
The "Clean Windows" clause requires that windows within a property be kept clean and free from dirt, smudges, or other obstructions. Typically, this obligation falls on the tenant, who must regularly clean both the interior and sometimes the exterior surfaces of all windows, ensuring they remain in good condition throughout the lease term. This clause helps maintain the property's appearance, prevents damage from neglect, and ensures a pleasant environment for occupants and visitors.
