Clean Industry Certification. Lessor hereby calls Lessee to form part of the voluntary environmental self-regulatory and environmental auditing program managed by the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (Procuraduria Federal de Protection al Ambiente), also known as “clean industry”, in order to generate an active interaction between Lessee and the environmental authorities to the benefit of the Environment; in the understanding that, adherence to said program is strictly voluntary.
