Common use of Claw-Back Clause in Contracts

Claw-Back. All compensation received by Executive shall be subject to the provisions of any claw-back policy implemented by the Company to comply with applicable law, regulation or stock exchange rule, including, without limitation, any claw-back policy adopted to comply with the requirements of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and any rules or regulations promulgated thereunder.

All compensation received by Executive shall be subject to the provisions of any claw-back policy that are applicable to other similarly situated employees of the Company that are implemented by the Company to comply with applicable law, regulation or stock exchange rule, including, without limitation, any claw-back policy adopted to comply with the requirements of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and any rules or regulations promulgated thereunder.
