Clauses Surviving Termination. 24.1 The following clauses will survive termination or expiration of this Agreement: (a) clause 10: Intellectual Property; (b) clause 10: Confidential Information; (c) clause 12: Personal Information; (d) clause 16: Release and Indemnity; (e) clause 16.7: Insurances; and (f) clause 23.9: Further Assurances.
