Common use of CLAUSE ONE – SCOPE Clause in Contracts

CLAUSE ONE – SCOPE. The scope of this Contract is the supply by SELLER to BUYER of crushed iron ore run-of-mine (ROM) from the Casa de Pedra Mine, with high silica (SiO2) content and such other chemical and physical properties as set forth in Attachment I hereto (the “Product”), free of any encumbrance, charges, debts or doubts, with due regard to the other clauses of this Contract.

The scope of this Contract is the supply by SELLER to BUYER of crushed crude and unprocessed iron ore run-of-mine (ROM) from the Casa de Pedra Mine, with high low silica (SiO2) content and such other chemical and physical properties as set forth in Attachment I hereto (the “Product”), free of any encumbrance, charges, debts or doubts, with due regard to the other clauses of this Contract.
