Clause B4. 05 (a) and (b) shall not apply to an employee who is in travel status which entitles the employee to claim expenses for lodging and/or meals. This Article does not apply to the following: - SE Group employees on flexible work year, refer to Article B3 - Special Hours of Work - SE Group - SE Group employees performing Field Research Work, Article B9 - Field Research Allowance (a) When an employee is called back to work or when an employee who is on standby duty is called back to work by the Employer any time outside such employee’s normal working hours, such employee shall be entitled to the greater of: (i) a minimum of three (3) hours’ pay at the applicable overtime rate, or (ii) compensation at the applicable overtime rate for each hour worked. B5.02 Where an employee completes a call-back requirement without leaving the location at which the employee was contacted, the minimum of three (3) hours provided in * B5.03 When a payment is being made as a result of the application of this Article, the Employer will endeavour to make such payment within six (6) weeks following the end of the pay period for which the employee requests payment. **
