CLAUSE 2 – POLICIES OR INSTRUCTIONS. 3.2.1 All Employees have an obligation to comply with the requirements of the Fire Service Act, standard operating procedures, brigade orders, or any other lawful and reasonable instruction given in the course of duty by, or issued on behalf of, the Chief Executive or National Commander, or their nominees; and to work as directed.

This includes those policies or instructions that may be agreed between the Fire Service and the NZ Police for the operation of the joint Communications Centres.
