Classroom Training. Any training conducted in an institutional setting designed to provide individuals with the technical skills and information required to perform a specific job or group of jobs including the upgrading of basic skills or the delivery of work readiness skills. Also referred to as CFR. It is where regulations applicable to a federal grant programs can be found. Regulations are also published in the Federal Register. A private-for-profit entity.
