MOPIC. Without limitation to the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions, the Borrower, through MOPIC, shall be responsible for the procurement and payment activities for the implementation of the Project in consultation with MOL and the PMU, as further elaborated in the Project Operations Manual (POM).
