CLASSIFIEDS. ICP shall not implement or promote any classifieds listing ----------- features through the Welcome Mat(s) without AOL's prior written approval. Such approval may be conditioned upon, among other things, ICP's conformance with any then-applicable service-wide technical or other standards related to online classifieds. DUTY TO INFORM. ICP shall promptly inform AOL of any information related to the -------------- ICP Internet Site which could reasonably lead to a claim, demand or liability of or against AOL and/or its Affiliates by any third party.
