Classified Bargaining. Unit Members shall not be allowed to resubmit a request 7 for reclassification of the same position for a period of twelve (12) calendar months from 8 the completion of the initial analysis and appeal process as provided above, unless a 9 significant change has occurred in the job description or duties of the Classified 11 No change in job classification and/or description may be requested if Classified 12 Bargaining Unit Members are assuming duties and/or responsibilities on their own.
