When necessary for the efficient conduct of business, school sites may develop minimum day schedules with flexible work hours to accommodate special needs of the District. The District will notify the Union of such changes within a reasonable time. ALTERNATIVE WORKWEEK The Superintendent, may, in his/her discretion, consider the implementation of alternative workweek schedules in individual departments provided the following circumstances are met:
