Classified Bargaining Clause Samples

The Classified Bargaining clause establishes rules for negotiating terms related to information or materials that are designated as classified or sensitive. In practice, this clause outlines procedures for handling, discussing, and exchanging such information during contract negotiations, often requiring special security measures or clearances for participants. Classified Bargaining. Unit Members who work a 4/10 workweek shall receive compensatory time after ten 2 (10) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week].
