Classifications & Duties. 10.6.1 Employees are engaged at one of the classification levels identified in Schedule 1. 10.6.2 Subject to qualifications, experience and fitness, an employee is required to perform all tasks comprehended by his or her classification, including those tasks that are incidental, or of a lower classification, to the main functions of the employee’s position.
