Common use of - Classification Program Clause in Contracts

- Classification Program. ‌ A. In accordance with recommendations of the Joint Study Committee on a Revised Classification Program the University shall maintain an on-going, systematic program to review classifications on a periodic basis. Any changes in the Classification Program effecting wages, hours, and working conditions shall be negotiated with the Association. At the completion of each classification review, the University shall present the results to the Association for review and comment. B. The University and the Association shall continue the work of the Joint Labor Management Team (JLMT) for the Hourly Employees Classification and Compensation Program (HECCP). Three (3) unit members appointed by the Association shall receive release time to participate in the work of the JLMT.
