Classification of PatentBook Patents into Three Tiers. Each patent included in the PatentBook shall be classified as a Tier 1 Patent, Tier 2 Patent or Tier 3 Patent. Any patent selected for inclusion in the PatentBook will be assigned to Tier 3 unless Publisher (Licensor) has the patent evaluated according to the publicly available TAEUSworks™ Patent Evaluation Criteria.
