Classification by Professional Preparation. Employees shall be placed on the appropriate class of the salary schedule with approval of the District Superintendent, in accordance with the degrees and advanced preparation they have completed. The stipend amount reflected on the Certificated Salary Schedule in Appendix C for a Master’s Degree, and the stipend amount reflected on the Certificated Salary Schedule in Appendix C for a Ph.D. /Ed. D will be paid where appropriate.
