CLASSIFICATION AND HOURS WORKED. 14.1.1 Speech Instructional Assistant positions shall be employed contingent upon special education funding. 14.1.2 Speech Instructional Assistant positions shall be defined as part-time ten-month positions and paid by time sheet for the purpose of compensation and the accrual of sick leave and other statutory benefits. 14.1.3 These positions shall only be working what has been pre-approved and budgeted on the employer generated form.
